Alcohol addiction turns son into monster, brutally murders mother

In a horrifying incident fueled by alcohol addiction, a son brutally killed his mother by breaking her head and kicking her chest.

The accused, Prosenjit Oraon, has been arrested by the police following the shocking incident that occurred in the jurisdiction of Dhupguri police station on Sunday. Prosenjit was produced before the court, and the police have requested custody.

The tragic incident took place in Sakwajhora-1 Gram Panchayat, where 62-year-old Bhado Oraon resided with her son, Prasenjit. Throughout the day, the son had been quarreling with his mother under the influence of alcohol.

Allegedly, during one of the arguments, Prasenjit violently struck his mother's head, resulting in a fatal injury. The mother's head suffered severe trauma, leading to profuse bleeding. Despite her condition, she managed to reach a local doctor who provided immediate treatment.

According to reports, the mother had avoided talking to her son the entire day, but her call for dinner in the evening angered Prasenjit once again. In a fit of rage, he unleashed a series of kicks on his mother's chest. It is alleged that the assault continued until Bhado's husband, Bandhan, rushed to her aid upon hearing her screams. However, even he faced the wrath of their son.

Bandhan, who attempted to protect his wife, was reportedly strangled by Prasenjit but managed to escape. The shocking turn of events resulted in the mother's tragic demise. The incident sent shockwaves through the community, with neighbors quickly rushing to the scene.

Prasenjit was apprehended by the locals and handed over to the Dhupguri police station. Bandhan Oraon claimed that his son regularly abuses drugs and alcohol. He revealed that Prasenjit frequently arrives home intoxicated and creates chaos, including physically assaulting his mother. However, the events of this day reached a gruesome climax.
